Web Presence

Using the latest technology, we’ll build you a web presence based off of the hottest and most beneficial web platforms — WordPress. You’ll receive a custom built and branded blog-based website that includes built-in plug-ins and technologies that you’ll need to run your business efficiently and effectively. You’ll be able to make updates to the website yourself once it’s done and you’ll have full control over how it looks.

Shopping Cart

Running an online business will require you to have an e-commerce solution setup in order to accept online orders.  You will be able to process orders via your website automatically without having to process any payments manually.  We utilize 1ShoppingCart and the merchant account of your choice.  We’ll setup an autoresponder for each of your packages and we’ll integrate in the online scheduling system to make the process seamless.

Client Intake Forms

When you bring on a new client, you’ll want to have various forms available for them.  We’ll help you create these forms and a welcome package and ensure it’s branded to your business.  This way, when a new client comes on board, you have a professional way to “greet” them. The intake process should be one that starts the client/service provider relationship off right so we’ll ensure it’s professional and polished.

Service Specific Forms

When you bring on new clients in a service-based business, it’s going to be important to make sure that they give you all of the information you’ll need to start the services.  We’ll set you up with some automated forms that will collect data for the most common services you’ll be offering.  These will also be integrated into your e-commerce system so that when someone purchases a service, they are taken to those forms immediately.

Online Scheduling System

To be able to take appointments, you’ll want to give your clients the ability to self-schedule their appointments.  To do this, we’ll setup an online scheduling system for you which will allow you to send your clients to a system where they can choose the best dates and times for themselves.  We’ll also integrate this into the autoresponder system from your shopping cart to have the system just work for your clients automatically.

Customer Support Help Desk

We’ve partnered with Kayako to bring you a customer help desk system that will help you automate much of your business.  We’ll help you get setup on Kayako, customize your help desk and we’ll also get you setup with a knowledgebase of FAQs so that your customers will have a place to get answers instantly.  We’ll also setup some pre-defined responses so when your customers e-mail in looking for payment links, you won’t be scrambling for the links!

Basecamp Setup

Working with service clients, you will need a system to track their work and keep tabs on deadlines.  With Basecamp, you’ll be able to do all of that and more.  We’ll get your account setup and ready to use and we’ll setup some pre-defined to-do lists for the services you may want to offer. Working with you, we’ll ensure that you understand exactly how to get your clients setup in Basecamp and how to use it for maximum results.

Strategy Coaching Calls

As part of this package, you’ll receive two one-hour calls with Erin Blaskie.  During your first call, you’ll gain clarity around your offerings and what you’d like to do in your business.  We’ll come up with some of the branding as well (if needed) and we’ll get to know the elements that you need in your business specifically.  During the second call, we’ll look at what we’ve done so far and decide what the next steps are for you and your business.

Training Call

With all of your new systems in place, you’re going to need some training on how it all works.  We do a one-hour live call in conjunction with training documents and process manuals.
